Where are you located?
I'm located in Blaine, MN near the Northtown Mall.Do you do drop-offs?
Unfortunately I am only able to offer pick-ups. My preferred time slot is Sundays from 12-4, but you can contact me to set something else up.What is your payment policy?
Currently, I am able to accept payment via CashApp, Venmo, or in cash. 50% of your order total is due up-front.What is your cancellation policy?
Orders under $50 are refundable if cancelled more than three days before scheduled pickup. Orders over $50 will require a non-refundable deposit equal to half the cost of your entire order. This policy is to protect myself from purchasing large quantities of supplies or spending a great deal of time preparing food that will not be paid for.Are your products made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen?
Unfortunately, I am not able to keep my entire kitchen gluten-free. However, as I have Celiac disease myself, I take gluten-free food preparation very seriously. I double and triple-check that all equipment is deep cleaned with a bleach solution after using it to make food that contains gluten, and I keep all gluten-containing food ingredients in a separate area from my baking supplies.That said, I am not able to say with 100% certainty that there will never be cross-contamination. I have never contaminated myself in the years I've been eating gluten-free, but it is technically possible.Can you make this food [insert allergy]-free, too?
